All payment obligations are governed by the signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work. General terms include:

• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement
• Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 15 days of the invoice date

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and technical details. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

7. Disclaimers

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.
